- All Sales Are Final: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, tested, or had the protective packaging removed. Please ensure you are familiar with the scent you are purchasing before placing your order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: We stand by the quality of our shipments. If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, or if you were sent the incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- How to report: Email us at FenklBrands@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.
- Resolution: We will work with you to provide a replacement or, in cases where a replacement is unavailable, a full refund.
